With all the allergies between us, we don’t do a traditional Thanksgiving. This year we decided to do pizza.
My youngest son had homemade wheat pizza crust, my older son had homemade gluten free pizza crust, and I had slightly homemade gluten free pizza crust.
The sauce for my youngest son’s and my pizza was all homemade. My older son’s pizza sauce was tomato paste spread across the pizza crust and then drizzled with olive oil, basil, oregano, and pepper.
Then we all picked our own toppings and covered it with cheese. It was SO good! Here are some photos of it.
